Ella (she/her)
I am a facilitator and writer dedicated to supporting people who have experienced the loss of their mother. Having lost my own mother at a young age, I understand how grief continues to evolve throughout life, shaping identity, relationships, and significant life milestones. Drawing on my lived experience, I create compassionate, inclusive spaces where people can connect with others who understand the unique experience of mother loss.

Loren (they/them)
I am a grief worker and facilitator, certified in trauma-informed practice. My work comes from my own grief process, healing my relationship with my mother, who has lived with mental illness, addiction and the untended pain that’s flowed through our family line. I hold a tender, nuanced sense of what it means to feel motherless, having grown up alone in many ways. My practice honours loss in all its forms, including complex grief, trauma, ancestral and social pain.
